At Monti Inc. we do not want to only supply quality product, we want to be your quality supplier. Monti Inc utilizes a quality system that encompasses the whole business operation. Monti Inc. is an ISO 9001:2000 registered company that has adopted a process based approach to managing the system by identifying the key support processes, defining internal customers, establishing metrics with goals, and monitoring the performance against those goals. This initiative takes a very data-driven, methodological approach to eliminating defects with the aim of satisfying our external customers by continuous improvement efforts.

Our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) provides fast, and accurate feedback for close tolerance work with a resolution of .00005"
Our LaserQC inspection station provides fast, accurate, real time 2D measurements on parts made from a wide range of materials. The LaserQC also allows us to re-engineer parts. The image created can be converted into CNC code via CAD/CAM software. This aids in Monti's ability to support rapid prototyping.
Our Mitutoyo PH361 comparator provides accurate measurements on small parts and is located within our CNC turning department for point-of-use efficiency.
Employee training both on the job and in formal sessions, are an ongoing feature at Monti Incorporated. From blueprint reading to quality system procedures to group problem solving, we are continually working to improve skills and techniques of our workforce.
